Shipping policy

Order processing. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 hours.

Tracking. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way. If your tracking has not updated within 2 business days of that email, send us the order number and we will chase it for you.

Shipping cost. $4.99 on a single gecko. Free on orders of two or more.

Address changes. We can change an address only before dispatch, which is a short window. Email us immediately at support@geckocrew.shop if you need one.

Damaged or missing parcels. Send us a photo and your order number and we will replace or refund it. You do not need to argue with the carrier on our behalf.
