Who we are. GeckoCrew, trading at geckocrew.shop. Contact: support@geckocrew.shop.

Ordering. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by email when the order is accepted. We may decline an order and refund it in full, for example where an item is out of stock or an address cannot be delivered to.

Pricing. Prices are in US dollars and include no taxes or duties unless stated at checkout. We correct obvious pricing errors and will tell you before charging you anything different.

Product use. GeckoCrew is a remote control toy recommended for ages 6 and up. It contains a built-in lithium ion battery. The remote requires two AAA batteries, which are not included. Adult supervision is recommended for younger children.

Surfaces. The product is designed for smooth, clean, dry surfaces. It is not designed for heavily textured walls, bare masonry, wet surfaces or outdoor use in weather.

Liability. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. We are not liable for damage caused by using the product outside what it is designed for.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version on the site at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
